Waterway Hills Golf Club is a Robert Trent Jones signature course that speaks volumes of the designer's classic layout abilities. The course features plenty of challenges from the design of the crowned greens to the deep-faced bunkers, thick woodland setting, and tranquil albeit deceptive water hazards. There is a distinct personality revealed from the moment golfers step foot on Waterway Hills.
Three separate 9-hole courses allow fast playing fun but the setting does inspire a leisurely pace. As an added touch of uniqueness, the course features a gondola ride to the clubhouse that traverses over the Intracoastal Waterway for an impressive and breathtaking view. It is the only course in the nation to take this scenic approach. There are no houses to obstruct the play experience or the view of the gently rolling landscape. For those that would rather experience a full day of golf, they can take on all 27 holes of the three courses at Waterway Hills.
Waterway Hills Golf Club is one of only two Robert Trent Jones designs on the Grand Strand, which makes this a unique location frequented by visitors year after year.
